The first trailer for Batman Begins released last year was amazing, and the fact that it only featured Bruce Wayne in the beginning is a huge deal - but now there is a second trailer to look forward to, and it's much better. This is the trailer where we finally get to see Batman, his family, and what's coming up next on the way to Gotham City.
Batman Begins does have one problem - the acting is terrible. But the thing about bad acting is that it's just not believable! So, I'm not surprised that it looks so bad - because there's no way they can do the acting right. But I am surprised that the trailers don't focus on the character. You need to see how good Michael Keaton looks in this movie. The kid's acting isn't so good, which is disappointing.
The other reason the trailers aren't focusing on Batman Begins is because it is going to be a long movie. It's going to be nearly three hours long, which is incredibly long for a Batman movie. But, if you've read up on the script you should have an idea of what to expect. I also found out that the entire movie is going to take place in Gotham City, which is a great place to start. I also found out that this film is going to be directed by Christopher Nolan, who directed the last two Batman movies. And I'm excited to see how he takes the Batman franchise from being a comic book property to a real movie franchise with a real plot and real stakes. I'm ready to see Batman Begins, and I hope you are as well.
